Delivery Details

If you place your order before 12:00 AM, we will begin processing it on the same day. The processing time is 1–2 business days. Shipping usually takes 5–7 business days. Shipping within (TARGET COUNTRY OR AREA) is free of charge.

Shipping Process

As soon as your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to track your order. You can use this number to check the delivery status of your shipment.


Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed, we kindly ask for your patience. Delays are usually caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or similar circumstances. If 3 business days have passed since the maximum delivery time and your order still has not arrived, please contact us.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service immediately. Please send us a photo of the issue together with your order number and a brief explanation. We will review the matter and arrange a replacement if necessary.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible.
